WHY THE STREAKS NEVER WASH OFF
Tiger striping — the black vertical streaks running down gutter faces — is caused by oxidation and biological runoff from the roof bonding with the gutter’s finish. It does not come off with rain, a garden hose, or standard pressure washing.
We use a dedicated gutter brightening solution that breaks that bond, removes the striping, and restores the original color. Downspouts are included on every visit.
One honest distinction: this service cleans the exterior face of your gutters — the part you and your neighbors see. Interior gutter cleaning (leaf and debris removal) is available as an add-on, so ask when you book if your gutters need both.
