The price you join at is the price you pay through your first renewal, regardless of what the published card does.

Transferable if you sell

Moving mid-year? The balance of your membership transfers to the new owner at no cost. It is a small, genuinely useful thing to hand a buyer at closing.

72-hour make-it-right promise on every visit

Same promise as every other job we do. Tell us in writing within 72 hours and we make it right — we re-do the affected work, or refund that line item.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How is this different from a bundle?+
A bundle is one cleaning — you pick the scope, we show up once. The Clean Freaks Club is a year: two scheduled visits, the services you chose every time, member pricing on anything extra, and a rate locked for two years. Per visit, it is the cheapest way to work with us.
Why two visits a year instead of quarterly?+
One in spring after pollen season, one in fall before winter. That catches the buildup that actually matters. Quarterly is overkill for most Austin homes — the extra two visits do not change how your home looks, they just cost you more.
Can I change my services next year?+
Yes. At renewal you can swap any service, move up a package size, or move down. Your locked rate applies to the package you originally chose; changing the scope reprices it at whatever the current card says.
When am I charged?+
Membership is paid in full at checkout for the year, with Texas sales tax (8.25%) collected at the same time and itemized on your receipt. We reach out within 24 hours to schedule your first visit.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel any time before your anniversary to stop auto-renewal. Cancel mid-year before either visit and we refund the balance. After the first visit the remainder is non-refundable — but it is transferable if you sell the house.
What if my home has limestone or natural stone?+
Natural stone adds 25% to the service line that touches it, membership or not. We look at stone in person before quoting it, so we will confirm your final membership price after that visit rather than guessing on the website.
Do I have to have used you before?+
No. Plenty of people join on day one — it is how HVAC, pest control, and lawn service already work, and there is no reason exterior cleaning should be the odd one out.
