COMMON QUESTIONS

How is this different from a bundle?+
A bundle is a single cleaning — pick your scope, we show up once. The Preferred Client Program is a flat-annual membership: two scheduled visits a year, the same core services every visit, member pricing on anything extra. If you want to put exterior maintenance on autopilot, this is it.
Why two visits a year instead of quarterly?+
Two visits — one in spring after pollen season, one in fall before winter — catches the buildup that actually matters. Quarterly is overkill for most Austin homes and the extra two visits don't change how clean your home looks. You save money without losing results.
When am I charged?+
Upfront, once a year. You pay when you enroll, then nothing else for the rest of the membership year (unless you add services at member pricing).
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel anytime before your anniversary to stop auto-renewal. If you cancel mid-year before either visit, we refund the balance. After the first visit, the remainder is non-refundable — but transferable if you sell your home.
What if I need roof washing?+
We don't currently offer roof washing at any level — our equipment isn't ready for it yet. We'll add it back when we can do it safely. In the meantime, we can refer you to a vetted partner for roof work.
Do I need to have had a service before joining?+
No. You can join on day one. A lot of luxury homeowners prefer to start on a membership because it's how HVAC, pest, and lawn already work.
